Bentleyville "Tour of Lights"

Bayfront Festival Park is transformed into the largest holiday light show in the Midwest. The atmosphere turns magical with lights and holiday music floating through the air. Towering in the evening sky is our 128’ animated steel Christmas tree with 50,000 sparkling LED lights. It rises to more than twice the height of New York City’s famous Rockefeller Center Tree. This attraction should not be missed. Bring the family, camera and smiles! Handicap accessible.

Christmas City Express Train
Dates: December 6-8, 13-15 & 20-22, 2013
Times: Departs at 4:15 pm Fri & Sat/3:45 pm on Sunday
"The Christmas City Express" Train Ride and Story Experience is this year’s holiday train offering from the North Shore Scenic Railroad. After nearly 20 years of doing Polar Express rides, this ALL NEW story and experience is planned to be a new and improved event that is sure to become a holiday tradition for years to come. Riders will travel from Fitgers to the Duluth Depot where they will be treated to model train displays, the beautifully decorated Lake Superior Railroad Museum, a reading of the NEW book, a visit with Santa, carolers, gift shopping, and then finally a ride back to Fitgers. Tickets are $18 for adults/$16 for children.

The Train to Bentleyville "Tour of Lights"
Dates: December 6-7, 13-14, 20-21, 2013
Times: 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Board the train to Bentleyville at Fitger’s – enjoy the scenery – Lake Superior, the Aerial Lift Bridge and the looks on the children’s face when they see the lights at Bentleyville. After you have experienced the walking tour of Bentleyville, board the train for the return trip to Fitger’s. Reservations are required.

Minnesota Ballet presents "The Nutcracker"

The Minnesota Ballet presents the holiday favorite, set in Manhattan in the early 1900’s, complete with a party in an elegant townhouse, a battle between toy soldiers and mouse warriors, and a magical journey beginning in Central Park, snow-topped and glittery, then, led by the Sugar Plum Fairy, on to exotic lands of beautiful dance. Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra presents "Broadway and Hollywood Combine"

Classic Holiday Tours at Fairlawn Mansion

Our classic holiday tours start on the hour, with the last tour of the day at 3:00 pm Admission is $9.00 for adult and $7.50 for seniors and students, children under 6 are free. Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Held at Fairlawn Mansion.
