Tall Ship S/V Denis Sullivan Visits Duluth 2009

The Tall Ship S/V Denis Sullivan, Wisconsin’s State Flagship, is a three-masted Great Lakes cargo schooner whose home port is Milwaukee. The schooner is widely recognized as one of the finest ocean-going sailing vessels in the world, and is typically part of Milwaukee’s Discovery World attraction at Pier Wisconsin.

TALL SHIP TOURS AND SAILAWAYS Come aboard the world's only re-creation of a 19th century three-masted Great Lakes cargo schooner. The 137-foot S/V Denis Sullivan will host guided tours Saturday, July 4th and Sunday, July 5th. You can sail aboard the Sullivan Monday, July 6th.

------------------------------------- The S/V Denis Sullivan is tentatively scheduled to arrive in the Duluth harbor at approximately 5:00 PM on Thursday, July 2nd. She will parade back into port flotilla-style at 3:00 PM on Friday, July 3rd. The Sullivan will depart Duluth the morning of July 7th. Arrivals and departures into port are tentative and subject to weather conditions.
