Your tour first takes you to the Glensheen Historic Estate. This beautiful 39-room Jacobean estate is complete with original custom designed furnishings set on 22 acres on Lake Superior.
Travel into Canal Park to stroll along the waterfront and view our prized sculptures, shop in one of the many specialty stores, and stop for a bite to eat in one of the many restaurants.
All Aboard! Conclude your tour with a ride on the North Shore Scenic Railroad Enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you travel along the Shore of Lake Superior to the Lester River and return.

The Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum is located at 902 East First Street. From the Glensheen Historic Estate, take London Road to 10th Avenue East and continue up to 1st Street. Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum is on the corner.
From Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum to Canal Park, take First Street to Lake Avenue and go left at the stoplights. Lake Avenue will take you right into Canal Park.
The North Shore Scenic Railroad is located at 506 West Michigan Street. From Canal Park take Lake Avenue to Superior Street. Turn left on Superior Street to 6th Avenue West and turn left.
