Refunds

Refunds available for people who didn't get on board.

Anyone who purchased a 3-day “passport’’ to tour the ships but did not get on board any of the three, and has a completely unstamped passport, can return the passport for a refund. Send the passports and a copy of your receipt to: Visit Duluth, 21 West Superior St., Suite 100, Duluth, MN, 55802. Handling fees are non-refundable.
