Boat Club Restaurant - Crab Artichoke Dip Appetizer

Baked Crab and Artichoke Dip served with Garlic Buttered Crostinis. This delicious appetizer is featured on our regular menus along with our Happy Hour menu.
Recipe: In a mixer whip your cream cheese until very soft and smooth. Than add in your mayo, sour cream, wilted spinach, granulated garlic, old bay seasoning, lemon juice, Parmesan, and freshly chopped dill. Next fold in the crab and artichoke hearts. Portion into a baking dish, top with Parmesan and bake for 5 minutes at 425 degrees.
Crostinis- Slice baguette bread into thin slices. Dip in garlic butter. Bake for 7 minutes at 425 degrees
