Construct Duluth: Real-time Map for Duluth Projects

Duluth is under construction. So pardon our dust as we continue to advance our infrastructure, build medical districts, create new housing, and welcome new businesses to town. This is what it looks like to invest in our community.

This site provides residents and visitors with an interactive way to navigate through construction projects taking place in 2021. Real-time information and conditions are provided by each project owner in a comprehensive and easy way to find where projects are located while answering questions of where to park, and how long the project will take place.
