Alumni Relations is coordinating an avenue for alumni and friends of UMD to write a brief congratulations message to the 2020 graduates. Through the month of April, they are collecting messages of wisdom, hope, and strength. The messages will be shared during the month of May on their social media channels for students to view.

Virtual Beer Fest

The Hygge Hoopla Virtual Beer Fest brings MN craft brewers and owners straight to your living room! Organized by the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild, brewery owners, brewers, and other employees will lead an exploration of 10 beer/seltzer styles and take questions from the audience during this live-streamed fest. Lifting Lincoln Park

The owners of the OMC Smokehouse, Duluth Grill, Corktown Deli, and Noble Pour, had to lay off 200 people during the shutdown. They've decided to do something big and launch a campaign called Lifting Lincoln Park.
