Duluth’s Annual Events
Duluth is home to a fantastic lineup of annual events that draw visitors from across the region and beyond. These are the traditions that define our city’s seasons and bring the community together in celebration. The Great Pumpkin Train
October 15-18, 3-departures each day. Ride the train to the pumpkin patch & return to the train museum for even more fun. Tickets available at www.DuluthTrains.com
Whoopsa Daisy Farm
Come and stroll through the farm and visit the donkeys, goats, and chickens. Take a wagon ride through the Whimsical Woods or walk through Dinoland and Fairyland. Jump in the cornpit or dig in the sandbox. There are playgrounds to explore, yard games to play and animals to feed. We are located in Duluth, MN at 5399 Samuelson Road.
Whoopsa Daisy Farm
Come and explore the farm with your family. Jump in the corn pit, dig in the sandbox, or explore Dinoland and Fairyland. There are two playgrounds, yard games, a wagon ride through the Whimsical Woods and so much more. Feed the donkeys, goats, and chickens and walk through the berries. The farm is open to everyone Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, August 7 through October 25, 2026, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will also open Thursday, October 15 for MEA weekend from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tickets are sold at the entrance in the yellow building. The cost is $8.00 a person, and infants are free. Everything on the farm is included in the price. We are off Highway 53 in Duluth at 5399 Samuelson Road.
Harvest Dinner Cruise on the Vista Fleet
Celebrate fall on Lake Superior aboard our Harvest Dinner Cruise on the Vista Fleet! Take in the colors of the season, Duluth’s skyline, and harbor activity while enjoying a relaxing two-hour cruise complete with a fall-inspired dinner catered by Black Woods. Dinner includes your choice of Champagne Chicken, Roasted Pork Tenderloin, or Butternut Squash Ravioli, served with Butter & Chive Whipped Potatoes, Sautéed Green Beans Almondine, Black Woods House Salad, and a roll with butter. Dessert is also available to add to your reservation for a sweet ending to your evening. The Harvest Dinner Cruise is open to all ages and reservations are required. Duluth Haunted Ship 2026
Welcome to the home of the William A. Irvin Haunted Ship Tours in Duluth, Minnesota! That hint of cool breeze you feel isn’t just a change of weather. Those are the spirits of the Duluth Haunted Ship swinging on anchor just outside your view. The ghouls on board are waiting to morph the William A. Irvin historic freighter into something truly sinister. This season marks the 31st year of this unhallowed event, starting Friday, October 2, 2026 and running long weekends through Halloween (plus MEA Wednesday, October 14, 2026). Glensheen Lantern Tours
Experience illuminated history, a tour of the mansion lit only by lantern light. Led by expert tour guides, Lantern Tours are a favorite during the Halloween season.
